During account creation, sign-in, QR scanning, leave requests, messaging, payroll, advance, expense and profile actions, we may process the following data types.

• Name, surname, email, phone and company details
• Check-in/out times, location, IP address and QR transaction logs
• Profilee photo, CV, file uploads and leave/advance/expense requests
• Notification tokens, device info and session records

Data is used for authentication, workforce management, attendance, reporting, approval workflows, support, legal obligations and service delivery.

Data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service and with authorized parties.

Data is retained for as long as the service relationship continues or for the period required by applicable law. Records that are no longer needed are securely deleted or anonymized.

Access is role-based. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, connections are encrypted and some actions are verified with tokens.
